DELIVERY

Tailor Knives aims to have all orders dispatched within 2-5 working days. The delivery times provided by Tailor Knives are estimates only. Tailor Knives will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as, for those parcels which are undeliverable, Tailor Knives cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.
To the extent permitted by law, Tailor Knives will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind whether caused by wrongful acts (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise caused by this website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded as soon as possible.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMES AND CLOSING DATES

To ensure your delivery arrives before Christmas we suggest you place your order on or before Wednesday 9th December. Orders placed after the 9th but prior to 12:00pm midday on Wednesday 23rd December will still be processed and dispatched by our warehouse as soon as possible. Orders received after midday on the 23rd December will not be processed until our offices reopen on Monday 4th January please check our Store Locator to find a local retailer who may be open throughout this period.
Our office will be closed from December 22nd 2021 through to January 4th 2022.  Web enquiries will not be responded to during this time.

WARRANTY

The product warranty period is shown on or in its packaging. If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging which is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will replace the product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the world Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law. Proof of the products purchase is required.
